A LITTLE HANDBOOK

Small books. Big themes. New perspectives.

These little handbooks are as diverse as life itself. They cover topics like school and family, anger and spirituality, personal development – and sometimes simply why cats are so incredibly wonderful. What do they all have in common? They want to touch you, move you, and give you something.
I write about topics I know. Things I've experienced, lived through, tried, questioned, and sometimes felt down to my very core. In these books, I don't just share my knowledge—I always share something of myself as well. Added to that is everything I've learned, researched, and experienced over the years in my work as a teacher, author, and coach. This allows the handbooks, despite their small format, to delve quite deeply. Sometimes a new perspective sticks with you, sometimes an insight that sets something in motion. Sometimes an uncomfortable question, a practical impulse, or a thought that lingers for a while. And sometimes simply a smile and the feeling: Yes. Exactly.

And because a great deal of this has accumulated over the years, something else is being added to this book series: artificial intelligence. It allows me to develop finished texts from my ideas, thoughts, and content much more quickly. It is my tool, not the author. I provide the content, develop it further, check it, change it, add to it, and edit it. In this way, a thought that I think someone should really write down can actually become a small handbook.

A symbiosis of passion, literary skill, life experience and a dose of well-trained AI.

What can these books do?

The manuals dissect topics that are often far more complex than they initially appear. They don't advocate a single method or offer any easy answers. Instead, they ask questions, reveal connections, shift perspectives, and delve into areas where simple explanations fall short. Some insights might confirm something you've long suspected. Others contradict what you've previously taken for granted. Still others connect two things you hadn't considered related at all.

These small handbooks provide knowledge, perspectives, and concrete impulses that will enable you to think further, experiment, question, and find your own answers. Small in format – but certainly not small in content.
